Because we’re committed to providing you great service with secure and innovative features, we will be upgrading many of our systems starting October 1st, 2018.

Important Information You Need To Know

Monday, October 1 - ALL HFCU BRANCHES ARE CLOSED WHILE SYSTEMS ARE UPGRADED.

Please download the Upgrade Timeline & Checklist document so you can keep track of what is taking place, making sure you are prepared for the upgrade.

Enhancements & Upgrade Timeline

  • By Sunday, September 23, 2018
    • e-Statement Users
      Print and Save all eStatements stored in online banking. Statements will not transition to upgraded It'sMe247 Online Banking.
    • Bill Pay Users
      Print a copy of all payees from the current system. This may be needed in the event that some payee data does not transition to the upgraded It'sMe247 Bill Pay system.
  • Sunday, September 23, 2018
    • Last day to schedule a bill pay payment in the old system.
  • Starting Monday, September 24
    • Bill Pay system goes OFFLINE & WILL NOT be available until Monday, October 1. Payments Previously scheduled will be paid. For bills due October 1 or 2, consider paying them by September 28 in the event the payee does not transition to the upgraded It'sMe247 Bill Pay system.
  • September 28, 6PM - September 30, 8AM
    • Online & Mobile Banking, Bank-by-Phone, & Shared Branching WILL NOT be available.
    • Debit Cards will be operational with LIMITED PURCHASE & ATM WITHDRAWAL LIMITS AVAILABLE.
    • Visa® Credit Cards WILL BE fully functional.
  • Monday, October 1st, 2018
    • All Heartland FCU branches will be CLOSED. Please use Shared Branching and ATMs.
    • Online Banking, Bank-by-Phone, and Shared Branching WILL be available.
    • Regular debit card limits & ATM withdrawal limits resume.
    • Enchanced It'sMe247 Online Banking & It'sMe247 Bill Pay will RESUME.
      • Log in using the first-time login instructions on page 3 in the Complete Upgrade Guide.
      • Verify that all payees have transitioned to the upgraded It'sMe247 Bill Pay. Re-enter any payee data that did not transfer.
      • Re-establish your account to account and person to person payments.
    • It'sMe247 Talk (bank by phone) RESUMES at 833-280-6552
    • Shared Branching RESUMES. NOTE: you must have your HFCU account number & a driver's license for service.
  • Tuesday, October 2
    • Branches resume NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
    • Call us at 844-730-6850 to get your correct account and suffix number combination for NEW ACH transactions.
  • By Thursday, October 4
    • Please call this special number: 844-730-6850 between Oct. 2 - Oct. 15 8am - 5pm with any questions. Extended hold time may be expected

Online Banking Enhancements

Our upgraded online banking system will provide a much more user-friendly and stable online banking service. It's Me 247 Online Banking enhancements give you the ability to review loan payoff amounts, open new accounts, buy a certificate and so much more.

Bill Pay Enhancements

Our upgraded bill pay system will integrate seamlessly with our new online banking and mobile banking Bill Pay systems, making it easy for you to pay bills and manage your finances from wherever you are on any device you choose.

Mobile Banking Enhancements

Mobile banking will also be more user-friendly and provide more functionality, including mobile check deposit, mobile bill pay, the ability to see transaction details, and the ability to apply for a loan. Plus, you will be able to access It'sMe247 mobile banking via voice recognition, fingerprint, face recognition, or 4-digit PIN.
