Heartland Federal Credit Union provides a comprehensive array of personal member services beyond savings and lending. If you are already a member, we hope you are receiving your membership benefits by using the financial services available to you. As a member, we encourage you to extend Credit Union membership to other family members. Simply have them fill out an application and have them email it to us, or return it to the Credit Union today with their initial $5.00 share deposit and a driver's license photocopy.

Safety Deposit Box:
Two of our locations have safety deposit boxes available for our members. Sizes vary according to your need. Please contact the Springfield or S. Dixie branch for more information.

Travelers Checks:
American Express traveler?s checks are available at a cost of only $0.50 per $100.00 single sign and at a cost of only $1.00 per $100.00 double sign. American Express traveler?s checks are accepted worldwide.

Money Orders:
Money orders are available at Dayton & Springfield offices. For members requiring certification of funds, certified personal checks can be arranged at any office.

Notary Service:
Free notary public service is available for members at Heartland Federal Credit Union offices. Documentation is required.

Night Depository:
Twenty-four hour night depository services are available.

Youth Program:
For our young members from birth to 12 years of age we offer a children's account. This account enforces the benefits of saving money using a tiered reward program.

Collegiate Program:
A special package of services is available for full-time college students. Included in that package is a regular savings account; a checking account with no monthly fee, overdraft protection from savings; an ATM card for any MAC or Plus machine and a Visa card with $500 line of credit (for students with good credit or no credit history.)

Audio Response - The Heartline:
Members may use an access code at any touch tone telephone to receive information about their account 24 hours a day and to transfer money within their accounts.

Heartline Online:
Members may use any computer with internet service to access their account 24 hours a day. Check account?balances, transfer funds, even pay bills.

Bill Pay:
Members may use any computer with internet service to pay bills 24 hours a day. Secure, easy, and free!

Re-Loadable VISA Debit Card:
Pre-fund your spending, with any amount between $50 and $5,000. and re-load at any time. An internet management tool helps you track your spending. It's?an easy way to stay within your?budget. To order a pre-paid debit card, contact your local branch today.?
