Scammers are constantly creating new ways of tricking us out of our personal information.
Don't fall victim to their scams. Always remember that Heartland Federal Credit Union will never contact you by phone, mail, email, text, etc...and ask you to verify your member number, card number or other personal information.
For added security please change your Login ID to something other than your member number. Once logged in: click User Profile > click User Preferences > click Change. Your new login id must be at least 6 characters; contain at least one letter; and no special characters.
