Membership

When you belong to a credit union, you share a common bond with your neighbors. You also share a mutual interest in your financial well-being and that of your community.

Am I Eligible to Join?

Membership to Heartland Federal Credit Union is available and open to all residents, church attendees, employees, and students of Clark, Greene, Miami, and Montgomery counties within the state of Ohio.

How Do I Join?

You can join by completing a Membership Application and depositing $5 into a share/savings account. There is no membership fee.

Membership and The Patriot Act

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Credit Union membership is a lifetime benefit. You may continue your membership despite changing employers, marital status, or place of residence.

Join Heartland today!

Once the documents above are ready, send them, along with a legible photo copy of your current driver's license to us.
