Online Banking (Heartland Online)

Heartland Online is our online banking service designed to provide you and your family with secure and easy access to your Heartland Federal Credit Union accounts over the internet. Once you are enrolled, you can manage your accounts and sign up for additional services like Bill Pay and eStatements.

Heartland Online employs industry-leading security features to ensure all your transactions are conducted with the highest possible privacy and protection. All data is encrypted using 128-bit encryption, the strongest form available, and transferred via the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

Bill Pay

Pay your bills in one convenient and secure location with just a few clicks. Establish e-bills with select vendors, set up automatic payments and reminders, or control the payment day for each merchant.

Once you have enrolled in Heartland Online Banking, setup online Bill Pay:

  1. Log in to your Heartland Online Account.
  2. Select "Bill Pay" from the menu across the top.
  3. Follow the prompts.

eStatements

Tired of filing and shredding paperwork each month? Then switch to eStatements! You’ll get access to your statement faster than with a mailed statement when we email you a secure link the first of each month.

Once you have enrolled in Heartland Online Banking, sign up for eStatements:

  1. Log in to your Heartland Online Account.
  2. Select "eStatements" from the menu across the top.
  3. Read and Agree to the Disclosure Agreement.

Mobile Banking (Heartland Mobile)

Do your banking on the go with any browser-based mobile device and Heartland’s Mobile Banking. Check balances or history and make transfers to other accounts in the palm of your hand. Go to thinkheartland.com on your mobile device. Message and Data rates may apply.
Attention iPhone Owners: If you have an iPhone, it is recommended that you view your Heartland Mobile horizontally and pinch the screen to enlarge the site. A recommended alternative is to use the regular Heartland Online. This offers greater features and functionality. With pinching and enlarging, it is also fully supported.
